Open the downloaded zip and move Neutron Health to Applications.
Clinic teams testing the next release can choose the Beta channel in Settings › General › Updates.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Does Neutron Health need an internet connection?
No. The model runs on the Mac, and the clinic’s Macs reach the hub on the local network. The only internet use is a signed update check to this site, and only when you turn checks on or ask for one.
Where is patient information kept?
Encrypted on the Mac where it was entered, and on the clinic’s hub Mac for backup and sharing between the clinic’s Macs. It is never sent to the cloud, to NeutronTech, or to this website.
Does it replace the clinician?
No. Neutron Health is decision support. It does not replace examination, clinical judgement or local protocols, and the clinician reviews and signs every conclusion.
How do updates work?
Neutron Health asks before it checks and before it installs. A check sends the app’s version and no patient information. Every update is signed by NeutronTech and verified on the Mac, and nothing installs while a case is open.
